Self-knowledge is the prerequisite for authentic self-development and powerful effectiveness

I initially developed this card set for my work in seminars & coaching on personal branding and successful self-positioning. 5 subject areas are essential for the development of a personal brand and 20 questions are dedicated to each of these in the card set.
Over time, however, it has become increasingly clear that these cards not only serve those who want to work on their personal brand, but that they fundamentally represent a path to self-awareness.
That's why I decided to convert the card set into an online set so that I could make it available to as many people as possible, quickly and easily.

Who you are today is the result of your experiences and habits.

What you will be tomorrow will be the result of your insight about it today and your decisions that you will put into practice from today. Your tomorrow arises from what you recognize and do today. You can renew yourself daily.

How to play (a recommendation)

The questions in the 5 topics are arranged in so-called flip cards (see example) showing only numbers on one side. When you click on it, the card flips over to reveal the question (s) and the background to the question. All you need to play is internet access, this web page and the login details that you are provided after purchase .

Background to the questions:
In terms of development history, the first years were formative for you. How the people on whom you were dependent treated you and the world was formative for your image of the world and of yourself in this world. They showed you what is possible and what is not possible. You have set yourself apart from them or you have emulated them. They encouraged or inhibited certain aspects of you. Your fight or your dance with them have made you into who you are today.
It makes sense (but is not a requirement) to reserve an area of 2 × 2 meters (wall or floor) for while you work. Divide this area into four quadrants (topics 1-4) and a fifth central area (topic 5) that touches all of the other four.

Play alone, in pairs or in a group

Four ways to work with these cards

Play alone

Option 1: fast
Work through the questions in chronological order. Consider taking a day off between topics.
Option 2: step by step
Divide the cards into 5 themed piles and each day draw one card from each of the piles.
Visualize your answers where appropriate.

Play with a partner (Option 3)

Work as in option 2. Your partner helps you by asking additional, deepening questions.
This can make the results even more dense and sustainable.

Playing in a group (Option 4)

Can be used as if playing with a partner or simply to get to know the others better. In that case, everyone draws one of the twenty questions of the same topic and answers it. Can be used in seminars (teens as well as adults) as well as in family or with friends.
